How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?
Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout after a delivery address is entered. Costs vary depending on:
The shipping option selected (Standard or Rush)
The destination country
Where the order is produced and shipped from
You can review estimated delivery dates, shipping costs, and applicable taxes before placing your order.
To View Shipping Costs Before Ordering:
Add your items to your cart
Click Checkout
Enter your delivery address
Click Deliver to this address
Available delivery options, including cost and estimated delivery dates, will then be displayed.
Selecting a shipping option will update your total order cost.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to additional fees upon delivery, including:
Customs duties
Import taxes
VAT
Postal handling fees
These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Spring does not calculate or collect customs charges and is unable to estimate the amount you may be required to pay. We recommend checking your local import regulations for more information.

Shipping Availability
We currently do not ship to the following countries:
Belarus
Honduras
Iran
Russia
Ukraine
Yemen
Brazil
Shipping remains available to all other supported countries. You can view the full list of available shipping destinations during checkout.
When Does Combined Shipping Apply?
Combined shipping rates apply when:
Multiple items in your order are the same product type, and
The items come from the same listing
For example:
Two t-shirts from the same listing may qualify for combined shipping.
A t-shirt and a hoodie would not qualify, as they are different product types.
Items purchased from different listings are not eligible for combined shipping.
This is due to how designs and product types are matched to specific print partners for fulfillment.
Refunds for Overpaid Shipping
If multiple items were shipped together but you were charged separate shipping fees, please contact us via the chat icon.
We’ll review your order and refund any difference in applicable combined shipping rates.
Gifts
We are unable to:
Mark orders as gifts
Adjust the declared value of an order
Please note that order details, including the item name and price, may appear on shipping documentation.
If a gift is shipped internationally, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. We do not issue refunds for:
Customs fees
Shipping costs
Orders refused due to unpaid import charges
Holiday Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery timelines may change during peak seasons or holidays (such as Christmas) to help ensure timely delivery.
