Who Creates the Designs?
All products on Spring are created by independent designers and creators. Anyone can use Spring to design and sell products.
There are no upfront fees to create and list products. Creators design their items, set a selling price, and earn the difference between the base cost and the sale price.
Where Are Products Printed?
Orders are fulfilled based on the shipping address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Domestic (U.S.) orders may ship from our production facility in Kentucky or from one of our U.S.-based print partners.
International orders may ship from a regional print partner, such as those located in the EU.
Production locations vary depending on product type and delivery destination.
Where Are Products Manufactured?
Many customers ask whether products are manufactured in the United States.
At this time, all product blanks are sourced from manufacturers outside of the U.S.
How Are Prices Determined?
Spring sets a base cost for each product based on factors such as:
The product type (blank item)
The number of print sides
The print method used
Production and fulfillment costs
Creators set their own retail price. The creator earns the difference between the retail price and the base cost. Creators may also order sample products at the base cost.
