How do I edit my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible using the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the Help Center or listing page. Chat is the fastest way to request updates.
To avoid delays, please double-check your item selections and shipping address before completing checkout.
Timing for Order Changes
Rush orders: You have up to 2 hours from the time of purchase to request changes.
Standard orders: You have up to 12 hours, or until the listing ends (whichever comes first), to request changes.
Change requests must be submitted within this window and before production begins.
After Production or Shipment
Once production has started, we are unable to modify the items in your order.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If you entered an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly once tracking becomes available.
